The Border policemen from the Operative-Investigation Bureau and Land Border Defence Department carried out operation and detained a citizen of the republic of Azerbaijan o the territory of N9 Border Sector (Vakhtangisi) of the MIA Border Police N3 Office (Tsiteli Khidi).
Investigation established that the suspect A.A. (DoB 1991) had crossed the State Border of Georgia illegally without official border control from the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Investigation is ongoing on the above-mentioned fact according to the Criminal Code of Georgia, Article 344, Part I.
