Investigation-operative Main Division of Border Police Coast Guard Department detained dry-cargo ship “TRANSFAIR” sailing under the flag of Panama on the charge of violation of the navigation rules.
Captain of the mentioned ship was charged according to the Code of Administrative Offences of Georgia, Article 1141, Part I and was imposed Gel 50 000 fine in favor of the state budget. The dry-cargo ship was allowed to sail unrestricted after her captain had paid the imposed fine.
