Representatives of Patrol Police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a meeting with 6th grade pupils of Tbilisi №130 public school. The meeting was held in the scope of the “Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools” project, being implemented under the initiative and organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with Ministry of Education and Science.
The representatives of the Patrol Police Department of MIA discussed road safety as well as crime prevention and maintenance issues with the pupils. The meeting continued in Q&A format during which MIA representatives provided comprehensive answers to the pupils’ questions. The meeting was aimed at crime prevention among teenagers through promoting development of the public awareness in the field of law and security.
Beginning from May1, Ministry of Internal Affairs launched informative-educational campaign, aimed at informing public on forms of relations with law enforcement agencies and on citizens’ rights provided by the law, crime prevention among youth by promoting development of the public awareness in the field of law and security.
