The officers of Rescue Training and Response division of MIA Emergency Situations Management Department, as a result of successful operation have saved lost tourists in the River Mulkhura gorge located in Mestia.
MIA Emergency Situations Management Department received report on two lost tourists trapped in River Mulkhura gorge, Mestia.
Team of rescuers of MIA Emergency Situations Management Department has departed to the place as soon as the report was received. By means of GPS coordinates team managed to locate whereabouts of the lost foreign citizens. Rescuers transported two Israeli citizens safely to Mestia settlement.
