Under the initiative and organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with the Ministry of Education and Science and within the frames of the project -“Maintenance of law and crime prevention program for public schools" pupils from the various public schools visited divisions of the Special tasks Department.
Within the frames of the project pupils visited divisions of the Special tasks Department located in Adjara and samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti regions.
Representatives of the Department of Special Tasks introduced the daily schedule of compulsory military servicemen to the pupils, their living conditions, study rooms, gym, library and training grounds. Exhibition of equipment, armored vehicles and various types of weapons on the bases of the Division was arranged. School pupils also got acquainted with the theoretical studies and marching trainings. The staff of the Special Tasks Department gave answers to the questions of the children.
The project is aimed at raising the civil awareness among school pupils.
