The officers of Special Tasks Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and recruits donated blood for children suffering from Leukemia within the frames of “Donate Blood, Save Life” project.
Ministry of Internal Affairs has been participating in the mentioned project already for 2 years and donates blood for children on the regular basis at blood bank of Iashvili Clinic
Blood donation activities are held not only in Tbilisi but also in all regions of the country, in which all employees of police are engaged. By participation in the project, Ministry of Internal Affairs is aimed at providing children with leukemia with blood supplies and blood components.
