The officers of Anti-corruption Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs charged and detained head of local governance of Kokhta, Khareba and Chdili villages of Tsalka district Sonia Tasanova on the fact of bribery.
Investigation established that detainee extorted 3000 GEL from the certain citizen and in retur made fake certificate on the origin of agricultural products which were ready for export to Azerbaijan. Sonia Tasanova was detained by the law enforcers in the moment of accepting bribe.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of bribery, article 338, part I which envisages from six to nine years of imprisonment.
