Pupils and teachers from “Intelekti” school visited MIA Police Academy. They were hosted by head of Patrol Police Faculty of Professional Training Division Nodar Saakashvili. Secondary school “Intelekt” is attended by citizens of 12 foreign countries and representatives of 19 nationalities.
Guests got familiarized with methods of trainings held for police officers and attended presentation – “Study Process at the Academy”. Pupils were interested in the bachelor’s program which will be implemented from September 2015. The mentioned Bachelor’s degree program offers contemporary training courses in the police sphere. Academy representatives informed guests that 4 year study process will be facilitated by experienced and famous specialists in the law sphere, who will teach various fields of law by means of new teaching methods. Pupils from “Intelekt” school received answers to all topical questions on bachelor’s degree and other issues. Guests also viewed classes of academy, gym, mock jury court and border crossing point as well as imitated and real shooting ranges.
Similar activities are held at the Academy on the regular basis, which are aimed at raising legal culture and thus prevention of the crime.
