The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department and Zugdidi Regional Division of the MIA as a result of joint operative-investigative activities detained Davit B. (D.o.B.: 1976) for premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances.
Investigation established that Davit B., the accused on February 10, this year in Khetseri settlement, Abastumani village, Zugdidi region for mercenary purposes inflicted lethal injuries in head and chest area with firearm Paata Ch. (D.o.B.: 1970), Giorgi P. (D.o.B.: 1984) and Merab A. (D.o.B.: 1964) and fled from the scene. All three men died on the place.
Law enforcers detained the accused in several days in Zugdidi. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances, (sub clause “a” of the III part, the article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
