Officers of the IV Unit of District Inspectors Division of Tbilisi Police Department, the MIA as a result of operative-search and investigational measures detained previously convicted Davit B (D.o.B.: 1984) in Tbilisi.
During the search of the apartment of the detainee and his personal search the law enforcers seized „BiKAl-442“model pistol, „BLOW MINI MOD. 2003 “model pistol, 6 cartridges and 1,5 of psychotropic substance “Lyric” containing pregabalin.
Investigation is underway on the fact of illegal purchase-store-carry a firearm and illegal purchase-store of psychotropic substance (parts 2-3 of the article 236, part I of the article 261 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
