The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained the resident of Tbilisi Irakli B. (DoB 1983) for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
As a result of the searching activities held in the detainee’s vehicle police seized AKC-74 automatic weapon wittth two cartridges and 59 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 236, I and II parts of the Criminal Code.
