The officers of Martvili police station of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Poice Department as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained Z.S. (DoB 1984) for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s house law enforcers seized AKC automatic weapon, magazine, Nagan revolver and 19 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
