The officers of third division of Vake-Saburtali police division of Mia as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Rostom A. (DoB 1977) on the fact of illicit purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms and armament.
During the searching activities of detainee law enforcers seized “TT” system pistol with 2 cartridges and 16 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, Article 236 parts I and II of Crminal Code of Georgia.
