Employees of Telavi Regional Division of Kakheti Police Department, the MIA, as a result of investigative activities revealed Temur F (D.0.B.: 1969) on the fact of beating.
The investigation found that on August 4, this year in Telavi, in Chavchavadze square Temur P – during the conflict - physically assaulted Roman K (D.o.B.: 1982). The victim subjected to the relevant examination.
Employees of Telavi Regional Division accused Temur P of beating. The accused has pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress under the I part of the article 125, the Criminal Code of Georgia.
