The officers of the Division for Combat Criminals of the Main Division for Combat Organized Crimes, the Central Criminal Police Department of the MIA, as a result of operative-invitational measures in Tbilisi International Airport detained previously multiply convicted Bachuki P (D.o.B.: 1963) for being a thief in law.
The investigation established that Bachuki P. lived in Russian Federation for the last 15 years and he was recognized in the criminal underworld as a thief in law. The detainee pleaded the mentioned accusation.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of being a thief in law, the crime envisaged by the II part of the article 2231 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
