The officers of Sagarejo regional division of Kakheti main division of MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Kazantar A. (Dob 1997) for for inflicting serious intentional damage to health.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted serious injuries to the relative woman – Limon A. (Dob 1974) at Qeshalo village, Sagarejo district in the house of her.
Accomplice of Kazantar A. made several shots from the gun in the yard of house of Limon A; Kazantar A. fled from the place of crime along with his accomplices. Due to the injuries Limon A. was transferred to the hospital. Conditaion of health of the woman is stable for the moment.
As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities the law enforcers detained Kazantar A. on the second day in Sagarejo. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress under the article 117, I part of the Criminal Code.
