The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative measures detained Malkhaz Ch. (DoB: 1992), Arsen D. (DoB: 1990) and Joni B. (DoB: 1987) for the attempted stealing.
The law enforcers detained the individuals at the moment when they damaged the IPS money machine in Zakaridze str, Tbilisi, and attempted to stole 6 593 GEL, small size money bag of money machine and paper money receiving device.
The law enforcers seized the money, bag and money receiving device from the place as material evidences. All three detainees have pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress for the attempted stealing in group (Sub clause “a” and “b” of the 2nd part and sub clause “a” of the 3rd part of the Article 19-177 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
