The officers of Kobuleti regional unit of Achara Main Division on the basis of operative-investigative activities detained Ilia O (DoB 1996) and Tornike Ch. (DoB 1995) for stealing committed in group.
The officers detained both of the accused persons in Chakvi, Kobuleti region on Tamar Mephe Street. They were caught on the fact of stealing cash from the storage box after damaging the pay box machine with the help of various instruments. As a result of personal search of the detainees, the law enforcers seized the tools of crime as evidence.
Ilia O. has already pleaded guilty and also admitted 4 facts of stealing from the pay box machines.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing committed in group with previous consent which caused a substantial damage. (Article 177, Part II, subparagraph A and Part III subparagraph A of the Criminal Code of Georgia)
