The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Main Division of MIA as a result of operative-investigation activities citizen of China Pingai T. (Dob 1975) for providing lodging to prostitution was detained in Kutaisi.
Investigation established that detainee rented property at Avtomshenebeli street, Kutaisi where he opened China massage salon but in fact, provided lodging to female citizens of China Republic involved in prostitution for certain amount of cash. Law enforcers already interrogated female workers of the salon as witnesses.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254 of the Criminal Code.
