The officers of Guria police department as a result of the operative-investigative activities detained brothers-Nodar T. (DoB 1987) for attempted stealing and resistance offered to police and Tornike T. (DoB 1997) for resistance offered to police.
Law enforcers detained Nodar T. in Ozurgeti when he damaged the paybox machine and attempted to appropriate cash in it along with his brother. In the moment of detention brothers offered resistance to police. During the personal search special appliances needed for breaking locks were seized by police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of the attempted stealing and resistance to police, articles 19-177 and 353 (1) of the Criminal Code.
