The officers of Borjomi police division under Samtskhe-Javakheti police department as a result of investigative activities detained K.M. (DoB 1973) for domestic violence.
Investigation established that detainee verbally and physically assaulted his wife- M.M. (DoB 1975).
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence, article 126 (1) I part of the Criminal Code.
