The officers of Ajara Division of Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Azerbaijani citizen Kheiale S. (DoB 1981) and Turkish citizen Riza I. (DoB 1980) in the temporary place of residence of Kheiale S. located in Batumi.
During the personal search of Kheiale S. law enforcers seized 70 pills of ecstasy, containing 11,83 methamphetamine according to the drug expertise. Police also seized 2 pills of the same drug from another detainee, containing 0,16gr of methamphetamine.
Drug test revealed that both of the detainees were under the drug influence in the moment of detention.
