The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Police Department as a result of the immediate operative-investigative activities detained Shavleg G. (DoB 1988) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee wounded Giorgi G. (DoB 1997) in one of the super markets with a cold steel on the basis of conflict. Due to the received injuries Giorgi G. died at the place of crime. Shavleg G. was detained by the law enforcers several minutes later. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 envisaged by the Criminal Code.
