The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional main Division as a result of immediate investigative activities detained Levan K. (DoB 1990) in Mamkoda village for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that late at night on April 6, detainee, on the basis of conflict, inflicted multiple injuries in chest and neck areas to Besarion D. (DoB 1962) and fled from the place of crime. Due to the received injuries Besarion D. died at the place of crime. Law enforcers detained Levan K. as a result of immediate investigative activities. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
