The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities detained Gogi S. (DoB 1945) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on May 20, in Saguramo village, detainee inflicted lethal injury in chest area to his son Levan S. (DoB 1972) on the basis of conflict. Due to the received injury the victim died at the place of crime.
Law enforcers have already seized the weapon of murder as evidence.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
