The officers of forth division of Batumi police division and Samtckhe-Javakheti regional main division of Mia as a result of jointly conducted operative-investigative activities detained previously convicted Konstantine S (Dob 1991), Iuri Kh. (Dob 1989) and previously convicted Giorgi G. (Dob) on the fact of car robbery of Batumi majoritarian candidate from political party “Reformators” Nugzar Jincharadze.
Investigation revealed that on June 15 detainees stole all tires of “Volkcvagen” type vehicle owned by Nugzar Jincharadze at Asatiani street, Batumi and fled from the crime scene. Investigation also revealed that Iuri Kh. installed stolen wires to his own same type vehicle.
The law enforcers detained abovementioned individuals in two days after the crime took place.
The law enforcers have seized all stolen tires as the evidence.
Investigation was launched under the article 177 II part, sub-paragraph A and D of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
