The officers of Shida Kartli Regional Main Division alog with Shida Kartli and Mtskheta –Mtianeti prosecutor’s office detained Irma N. (DoB 1973) for premeditated murder as a result of operative-investigative activities.
Investigation established that in 2005 detainee murdered her male friend in Lamiskana village, Kaspi district with Makarov type pistol on the basis of vengeance. In order to conceal the traces of crime Irma N. burned the victim’s body in his own vehicle. Investigation also established that since 2005 detainee used to change the place of residence as well as her name and last name. As a result of investigative activities Shida Kartli Regional Main Division officers found her in Khashuri and detained as a person accused in murder. She has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code, which envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
