The officers of Isani-Samgori police division along with Tbilisi Patrol Police Department as a result of jointly held operative-searching activities detained D.M. (DoB 1976) for armed robbery.
Investigation established that detainee carjacked “Opel” made vehicle from the citizen under the pressure of the cold steel and fled from the place of crime. law enforcers managed to detain D.M. several minutes later after the crime.
The vehicle was seized by the law enforcers as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed robbery, article 179, II part, sub-paragraph C of the Criminal Code.
