The officers of Batumi Police Division of Ajara police department detained Gocha M. (DoB 1979) for armed assault as a result of the immediate activities.
Investigation established that Gocha M. assaulted slot club “Vegas” located on Tchavtchavadze Street, Batumi. Detainee opened fire to the direction of the security officer of the facility and attempted to appropriate the sum.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed assault, article 179, I part of the Criminal Code.
