The officers of the Detectives Division of Tbilisi Police Department, Gldani-Nadzaladevi, Shida Kartli Divisions and the Patrol Police Department of the MIA as a result of jointly conducted operative-searching and investigative activities detained I.M. (DoB: 1979) for premeditated murder in Khashuri region.
The investigation established that on August 6, this year in Tbilisi, Gldani-Nadzaladevi district the detainee, on the grounds of jealousy caused lethal injuries by shooting from the firearm to V.Ts. (D.o.B.: 1985) and fled from the scene.
Law enforcers detained the accused immediately, in a few hours in Khashuri region
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
