The officers of Sagarejo Police Division of Kakheti Regional Main Division of MIA as a result of operative-investigative and searching activities detained Oruj Ph. (Dob 1969) in Keshalo village, Sagarejo district who was wanted for premiditated murder by Sagarejo regional police division from 12 January,2012.
Investigation established, that on 24 December, 2011 at Samtatskaro village, Dedophlistskaro district, Oruj Ph. Inflicted lethal injury with cold steel to Elberd S. (1952 Dob) and fled from the place of crime. Telavi regional court made a decision to detain Oruj Ph. and ruled out preliminary detention in absentia. At this moment detainee is placed at penitentiary facility N8.
