The officers of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities detained Novruz. Q. (DoB 1972) in Kazlari village for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that late at night Novruz Q. bludgeoned Ulfukar K. (DoB 993) on the basis of conflict who covertly penetrated in the house of Novruz Q. and attempted to kidnap his daughter, aiming to marry her. Due to the sustained traumas Ulfukar K. died shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.
As a result of immediate operative-investigative activities law enforcers detained Novruz Q. several minutes after the crime took place. He has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
