The officers of the Main Division for Combat Illegal Circulation of Drugs of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the operative-searching activities detained Manuchar A. (DoB 1973) in Tbilisi.
During the personal search of the apartment of the detainee the law enforcers seized 91 pills containing buprenorphine, 7 pills of methadone and 0,0359 gr of heroin. Drug test revealed the fact of consuming of opium and methadone to the detainee.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities and especially large quantities (article 260, III part, sub-paragraph and sub clause “a” of the VI part of the same article, the Criminal Code of Georgia).
