The officers of Detectives division of Tbilisi Police Main Division as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Avtandil T. (DoB 1979) on Tskneti Street, Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 46,083 gr of drug substance, which according to results of expertise contains 17,6037 gr of heroin drug. Police also seized 1,5515gr of hemp.
Drug test revealed that detainee was under the influence of “Subutex” and marijuana in the moment of his detention.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part of the Criminal Code.
