The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Police Department as a result of investigative activities detained previously convicted Tornike K. (DoB 1990) for robbery.
Investigation established that detainee appropriated purse of a citizen in the hall of one of the buildings as well as mobile phone and fled from the place of crime.
As a result of the operative-searching activities Tornike K. was detained on Tchavtchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi. Law enforcers already seized appropriated items as evidences.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of robbery, article 178, I part envisaged by the criminal Code.
