The officers of Didube-Chughureti police division as a result of operative-investigative activities exposed Giorgi P. (DoB 1983) for physically assaulting Anzor P. the driver of Nugzar Tsiklauri.
Investigation established that on May4 of the current year Giorgi P. caused injury to Anzor P. by hitting in face. Giorgi P. admitted the offence committed by him. Based on the results of the planned expertise Giorgi P. will face relevant charges.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of battery, article 125 of the Criminal Code.
