Officers of the Detectives Division of Adjara Main Division, the MIA, as a result of the operative-investigational measures, detained Badri I. – D.o.B.: 1986, currently bailed – on September 8, this year in Tsereteli street, Batumi for illicit purchase and keeping of drugs for personal consumption in small quantity and illicit purchase and keeping of new psychoactive substance in large quantitities
The law enforcers seized 1 pack containing 1,8372 gr. of a new psychoactive substance and 1 pack of 4,022 gr. of dried marijuana during the personal search of the detainee. The accused pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress over the crime of illicit purchase, keeping of new psychoactive substance and illicit purchase and keeping of drugs for personal consumption in small quantity (2rd part of the article 260, the article 273 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
