The officers of Batumi City Division of Adjara Main Division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Zaza L. (DoB: 1965) in Batumi for premeditated murder.
The investigation established that on September 17, on Zurab Gorgiladze str., Batumi, as a result of a family conflict inflicted one throat injury with cold arm to Revaz G. (DoB: 1985) and fled from the scene. Wounded man died upon bringing to a hospital. The law enforcers detained an accused in a few hours. Detainee pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
