The officers of Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained E.S. (DoB 1956) for physically insulting a toddler.
Investigation established that detainee, who had been employed at one of the families for approximately two months, had physically insulted 10-month old toddler. The fact was recorded by the cameras installed in the apartment.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of beating, article 125 envisaged by the Criminal Code.
