Deputy Minister Levan Izoria along with representatives of General Inspection, Reforms and Development Agency, Migration Department, Patrol Police Department, MIA Academy and Main Division for the Protection of Human Rights and Monitoring met delegation of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT) which is paying an official visit to Georgia.
The parties discussed the status of recommendations, human rights protection situation in temporary detention isolators, completed and planned activities of the Ministry in this field.
