The course “Crime & Intelligence Analysis for Law-enforcement” was conducted at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the representatives of the Central Criminal Police, Information-Analytical Department, Tbilisi and Shida Kartli Police Departments. After the course ended, participants received certificates.
The course was held by the Canadian expert Ryan Prox.
During the course, the participants learned about methods for collecting data and how to make use of it during crime analysis. Along with this, The instructor also shared the best practices for Intelligence-led policing.
The course was conducted Under the framework of EU funded project “Fight Against Organized Crime.
Similar trainings are further planned for the employees of the Ministry.
