Within the framework of the information and awareness raising campaign of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - "Befriend the Police", informational meetings are held in various schools of the regions. After Batumi, the representatives of the Ministry held meetings with students in Akaki Tsereteli N1, Merab Kostava N2, as well as N3, N4 and N9 public schools in Zugdidi.
Employees of the Patrol Police, Criminal Police, Public Safety Command Center "112", Emergency Situations Management Service, and the Department of Human Rights Protection and Quality Investigation Monitoring provided juveniles with information topics related to law and order, including children's rights, early marriage and its harm, bullying, violence and organized crime. The representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs presented videos depicting the activities of various structural units.
The meetings were held Q&A format. The law enforcement officers provided comprehensive answers to all the questioned raised at the meetings.
