The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an operative and investigative activities and arrested, were born in 1987. V. Z. born in 1987, G. Z. born in 1987, G. Z. born in 1982 and V. B. born in 1980. They were detained on charges of violence and/or damages against two or more persons.
The investigation found that the detainees physically assaulted the residents of the Russian federation, Fyodor Chelishev and Sergei Dementienev, on 9 June, in Gudauri, near the hotel "Bidara".
The investigation is in progress under the Article 126 and the 1st part of the Article (Sub-clause b and g) 187 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which means violence and damaging of another person's property.
