30 Georgian, Armenian and Azerbaijani students from Ilia State University, and I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University visited MIA Academy. All of them are members of the “Young Leaders Club”. Visit was organized by Office of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality.
Head of District Inspectors’ faculty of MIA Academy- Mamuka Koiava made a presentation for the guests on Academy activities. Students were also given the opportunity to see the Academy infrastructure and attended exam testing for master’s program. The visit was aimed at getting ethnic minorities interested in MIA Academy educational programs which include special educational, bachelor’s and master programs.
“Young Leaders Club” program is held under the initiative of the Office of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality. The project is implemented by non-governmental organization “Youth Development Academy” within the frames of “Enhancing Integration of Ethnic Minorities in Georgia” program facilitated by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs.
