Employees of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested previously convicted P.P.(DoB 1983) for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions up to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused man, under the motive for revenge, inflicted physical injuries to O.P. (DoB 1970), in her rented apartment, as a result of which the woman died on the spot.
Law enforcement officers, as a result of operational and investigative activities, arrested the accused person in Tbilisi.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies premeditated murder.
