The officers of Isani-Samgori police division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained A.K. (Dob 1985) for domestic violence committed against family member.
Investigation established that detainee physically assaulted his spouse- N.M. (DoB 1972).
Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence committed against family member, article 1261, I part of the Criminal Code.
