On 12 November, Investigation Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an investigation on the action of the leader of a movement “Georgian Marsh” Aleskandre (Sandro) Bregadze in the Public Defender’s Office.
The investigation was launched under the paragraph 1 of the Article 352 of the Criminal Code of Georgia that envisages influencing Public Defender in any manner in order to interfere her official duties.
