The officers of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained in Senaki A.K (DoBL 1952) for lewd act with the individual under sixteen years. The crime committed by him envisages imprisonment from 5 to 7 years in length.
The investigation established that on March 23 of this year, the coach of Chkhorotsku women's football team A.K. committed perverted action in his own garage towards V.K. (DoB: 2002), temporary residing in his house. The detainee pleaded guilty.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of lewd act without violence and knowingly by the offender with a person who has not attained the age of 16 years (part I of the Article 141 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
