The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department along with Patrol Police Main Division of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region under the Patrol Police Department, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained Sh.P. (DoB 1986) in Poti for premeditated murder.
Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that on February 4, 2021 detainee, on Chavchavadze Street, Poti, shot G.A. (DoB 1978) with a firearm on the basis of conflict , existing between the confronting parties in past and fled from the place of crime. Police detained Sh.P. in Poti shortly after the crime took place as a result of immediate police activities.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
