The officers of Didube-Chugureti Main Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained G.D. (DoB: 1988) on charges of violence.
The investigation established that on September 4, 2020 in Tbilisi, the detainee verbally and physically assaulted a member of one of the political parties.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence (sub-clause “b” of the part 1 of the Article 1261 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
